Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit it, technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time are processed in order to deliver the site and protect it against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics and do not load fonts or scripts from third parties.

Getting in touch

If you contact us by email or via the contact form (transmitted via Netlify Forms, Netlify, Inc., USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our email provider is easyname GmbH (Austria).

Applications as a model or talent

You can apply via the application form on this website or by email to bewerbung@auravox.at. We process your details and photos to review your application and to place you with clients. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give in the form or by sending your application.

The form is transmitted via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and forwarded to us by email. Selfie and camera: if you take a selfie or choose a photo in the application area, the image stays on your device. It is only transferred when you send your application. We only access your camera if you explicitly allow it.

We keep your application for as long as we work together. If no collaboration takes place, we delete your data no later than 12 months after our last contact. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing office@auravox.at; we will then delete your data.

We only share your photos and relevant details with clients in connection with a specific request.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact office@auravox.at. If you believe that we are not processing your data lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
